All our Malone Lamb is grass fed and finished.  The lambs are treated ethically, sustainably and raised in a stress free environment.
Grass fed and finished meat is not only tastier it is much healthier for you, your family and the environment.

Our lamb comes direct from the farm and is cut, packed and snap frozen fresh in our purpose built freezer.

We don’t approve of spoiling our high quality meats with the use of preservatives and other additives and by freezing the cuts fresh (at a temperature of -28c) the integrity, quality and flavour of the meat is naturally preserved.  This ensures all meats are safe and healthy for your consumption with no added nasties.
