Chicken Nuggets | 500g
Pasture raised chicken breast cut into nugget-sized cubes perfect for a no nasties kids meal.
Set up 3 bowls: 1 flour, 1 whisked eggs, 1 breadcrumbs with salt & pepper.
Roll nuggets in flour, dip in whisked eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat pan with choice of cooking oil, pan fry until cooked. Or pan fry until they begin to brown and finish in 200 degree oven for 10 minutes.
To check they are cooked through, slice through the largest nugget.
