Over the last few years, we’ve poured our hearts into our farm — and a big focus for us has been growing more efficient, more resilient, and more sustainable.

Our mission has always been clear: to raise the most nutrient-dense food possible while regenerating the land for generations to come. But pursuing that mission requires something just as essential as healthy soil: a financially sustainable farm.

As many of you know from our last newsletter, the past six years have brought their share of challenges. Growth spurts and missteps. Droughts. Too many cows… then not enough. Freezers packed full… and seasons where we sold out for months. Through it all, we’ve arrived at a vital truth:

We can’t be everything to everyone — but we can be everything to some.

This realization marks the most meaningful evolution in our farm’s history. We now know exactly what our land can produce each year, and we want to honour that by prioritizing the people who believe in and support our work. Our committed members will receive our highest level of service, access, and dedication — because you’re the reason this mission can continue.

Introducing the Ethical Farmers Membership

A predictable, sustainable, deeply nourished future — for your family and ours.

Starting January 2026, we are opening just 10 memberships as we transition into a model that serves a dedicated community who value:

• Real, nutrient-dense food
• Regenerative, transparent farming
• Food sovereignty
• A direct relationship with the people who raise their food

As a member, you receive:

·       A monthly balanced box built from whole-animal butchering

·       Guaranteed supply of our grass-fed beef & pasture-raised chicken

·       The highest nutrient density we can produce

·       Priority access to upcoming new prepared foods, events, workshops & gatherings

Membership allows us to plan better, farm better, butcher better — and deliver exceptional food to a small community we can truly look after.

Founding Member Pricing (First 10 Members Only)

Our new retail value for the full year’s boxes is:

Total Annual RRP (12 deliveries): $5,785.45

But for the first 10 founding members, the total price will be:

Founding Member Price: $5,500.00

Subscription Payment Structure: 

• First Payment (15%): $825 includes your first months delivery.
• Remaining Balance: $4675
• 11 x Monthly Payments of $425 (paid before each delivery)

This is the most cost-effective way to secure your family’s yearly supply of our beef and chicken — and ensures you never miss out again.

In the new year we will produce bone broth and beef tallow using all the bones and fat from the animals as well as a range of pre cooked ready to reheat meals.

We are also looking at bringing back grass fed lamb and free range pork.
