Italian overnight lamb shoulder or leg

It doesn't get any easier than this slowly roasted lamb shoulder/leg, cooked overnight, including the sauce to go with. All you need to do to bring this to the table is cook some rice, pasta or potatoes and given the sauces a quick blitz with a stick blender. This is a favourite that we make time and time again. It can be made one or two days before you need it and leftovers freeze exceptionally well.

Rosemary & garlic lamb shoulder or leg roast roast

Lamb shoulder or lamb leg, combined with rosemary & garlic is a classic flavour combination to be celebrated. This is a sit at the dinner table meal to be savoured, leftovers can be frozen to the delight of the person who gets to defrost and eat later. While you might not raise lambs at home it's certainly handy to have a pot of plant of rosemary—it will flourish when it's taken care of and copes very well with neglect as well.
